The cost of your clean depends on the size of your space, how often you need it serviced, and the type of environment. We assess every job on-site before providing a tailored quote — so you only pay for exactly what you need, nothing more.
Contact your account manager directly — by phone or email — and we will return to rectify any missed or substandard areas within 24 business hours, at no cost. We document every complaint and track re-attendance rates as an internal quality metric. If the same issue recurs, we revise the scope and the team's briefing — not just apologise and move on.
Yes. All Neatspace team members undergo a National Police Check before commencement and are covered by our $20M public liability insurance policy and workers compensation. We can provide copies of certificates of currency on request — this is a standard part of onboarding for most commercial clients.
Absolutely. The majority of our cleaning takes place in the early morning (from 5am) or after business hours (from 5:30pm). We also offer overnight and weekend scheduling for environments that operate continuously. After-hours access arrangements are scoped during your site assessment.
Our default product range uses low-toxicity, biodegradable formulations. For medical and food-adjacent environments, we use TGA-listed disinfectants where required. If your organisation has specific product requirements — fragrance-free, particular disinfectants for compliance, or GECA-certified products — these can be incorporated into your cleaning specification.
Yes. For all scheduled cleans, our teams complete a digital sign-off record at the end of each visit. These are accessible through your account portal or provided via email on request. For strata and medical clients especially, this documentation is a standard part of our service — not an add-on.
